The BFST® Back/Hip Wraps target the back or the hip. This is perfect for targeting the Back or Hip. The Back/Hip wrap is really a versatile wrap because it can be worn on several different areas of the back, hip, groin, and upper torso.
The BFST® is made of stretchy neoprene fabric, and will attach using Velcro. These wraps will fit any area measuring between 11 inches and 47 inches. If you are planning on using the wraps on a body part smaller than 11 inches, we recommend the Leg Wraps instead. If you are using the wraps on a body part larger than 47 inches, we have Accessory Straps that can be included in your order to extend the length by 11 inches.
The BFST® Elbow wrap fully covers both sides and the back of your elbow. It allows your arm to bend at the elbow for a very comfortable fit.
The Elbow Wraps have been designed as a one-size-fits-all wrap, using neoprene and Velcro to wrap around your elbow. The maximum size that the wrap will wrap around is 14 inches.
The BFST® Wrist Wraps are completely customizable to target any part of your wrist or hand. The sky is the limit. Just wrap the band around the pain, and apply the Velcro to secure it comfortably to your wrist to cover the desired spot.
The Wrist Wraps use comfortable neoprene fabric and Velcro to wrap around and secure to your wrist. The maximum circumference of the wrap is 11 inches.
The BFST® Top Shoulder Wraps unique design ensures the best coverage possible. The Top Shoulder Wrap covers your scapula, collar bone, and the top of your deltoid. The Top Shoulder Wraps also cover the Supraspinatus and Infraspinatus.
This wrap is side specific, and requires you to choose left or right prior to shipping. This wrap is truly a one-size-fits-all wrap, as it comes with 3 Extension Straps. Just choose which Extension fits you best (or combination of 2).
The BFST® Side Shoulder Wraps are designed for the side of your shoulder. The Side Shoulder Wrap covers your front, back and side deltoid, rotator cuff and the upper portion of your bicep.
The shoulder wrap works for both the left and right shoulder, and is a one-size-fits-all wrap. The Side Shoulder wrap comes with 3 Extension Straps. Choose the extension that fits you the best (or combination of 2).
The BFST® Knee Wraps cover the top, bottom and sides of the knee at the same time, to target tendons, muscles, and ligaments of the knee.
The Knee Wraps are designed as a one-size-fits-all wrap, using comfortable neoprene and Velcro to secure and has a maximum circumference of 26 inches.
The BFST® Foot Wraps are designed to target the bottom of the foot and back of the heel. This area is often referred to as the plantar.
The Foot Wraps will target the bottom of the foot and up the back of the heel. Along the bottom of the foot it extends about 8 inches from the heel. If you want coverage further toward the ball of your foot, consider using Wrist Wraps to customize your targeted areas.
The BFST® Front and Side Ankle Wraps are designed for the front and sides of the ankle.
The Front and Side Ankle Wraps target the entire front and side of the ankle, and has a maximum circumference of 14 inches around your foot, as well as 14 inches around your calf. If you need more than 14 inches in circumference, consider purchasing Accessory Straps to extend the length of the wrap by an additional 11 inches.
The BFST® Achilles Wraps cover the entire Achilles tendon, as well as wrapping around both sides of the ankle for complete coverage of the back of the ankle and the sides of the lower leg. Please note, that the Achilles Wrap does not cover the heel bone.
The Achilles Wraps have been designed as a one-size-fits-all wrap, using neoprene and Velcro to wrap around the arch of your foot as well as your calf. The maximum size that the wrap will wrap around the calf is 13 inches. The maximum size the wrap will fit around the arch of your foot is 12 inches.
The BFST® Leg Wraps are designed for coverage all up and down the leg The name may be a bit deceiving as the Leg Wraps are completely versatile in that they can be worn on several different parts of the body, including anywhere on your leg, arm and kneck.
The BFST® Leg Wraps use neoprene and Velcro to attach the wrap to any part of your body, as long as it's not exceeding 26 inches in circumference. If your area to wrap around is exceeding 26 inches, we have Accessory Straps that can be included in your order to extend the length by 11 inches, or you can consider using a Back/Hip Wrap instead.
