After shoulder surgery, when do I start BFST therapy.

Hi Gbuyg,

Immediately after shoulder surgery, you should be treating with ColdCure Shoulder to allow for the treatment of any swelling, pain and inflammation that comes from most surgeries. Once you have treated those three elements, you can begin to treat your shoulder with BFST treatments. In most cases we recommend at least 4-6 days post surgery of cold therapy treatments, then begin BFST treatments.
