Should I use ColdCure or BFST?

Having both wraps doesn't mean you need to give them equal treatment time.

When an injury is fresh, recently aggravated, or still experiencing frequent flare-ups, we always recommend that you focus first on ColdCure to help manage pain and swelling. This can mean using ColdCure more than BFST during the early part of your recovery.

As symptoms settle and the injury becomes less easily irritated, you can begin introducing BFST treatments according to the product instructions. Start on Level 1 and pay attention to comfort. The two most important treatments you can do, would be first thing in the morning, and right before bed.

You will need less ColdCure as flare-ups become less frequent. However, activity can aggravate the area again, so your routine may need adjusting. No two days will be the same - that is the challenge.

This isn't a race to stop ColdCure treatments or increase BFST. Let your symptoms and treatment tolerance guide the next step, and contact us if you’re unsure.
