The Back/Hip BFST Wrap is a great option if you're trying to treat more than one area of the body. For example, if your knee, bicep, and lower back all are in pain or injured, you can simply position the 10" x 7" treatment area over the area where you're having pain, and wrap it around that area using the velcro straps, then do a 20 minute BFST treatment on each body part. The wrap is about 54" long, so it can accommodate pretty much any area you want to treat.
