The BFST can provide significant pain relief whether you're dealing with rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. The BFST unfortunately can't heal the arthritis itself, but it creates an increase in blood flow that strengthens the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the entire area that you treat, while providing symptomatic pain relief from arthritis.

BFST treatments are a gentle sort of therapy - you can expect to feel a slight warming sensation. Some people also feel a very slight tingling due to the increase in circulation, but not everybody feels tingling.

The BFST creates an increase in blood flow that lasts for four hours after each 20 minute treatment - we recommend doing 3-4 treatments daily, spaced four hours apart.
