My ColdCure Gel pack has two differently colored sides

A customer asked, "My ColdCure Gel pack has one white side, and one tan side. Which side should face down against my skin?"

The ColdCure gel packs do have one white colored side, and one tan colored side, but there is no difference between them. You may use either side interchangeably - the difference in color has no impact on your treatment. Either side may face down against your skin.
