The ColdCure gel packs are designed to stay at a safe temperature of zero degrees Celsius. If you have a powerful freezer, it may cause the gel packs to fall below zero degrees Celsius. They will be too stiff to bend easily when they are below zero degrees Celsius, so it's best to leave them on the counter for a few minutes, until they are still cold, but more pliable and able to be inserted into your ColdCure wrap.
