"I have your back products and was wondering if this will work for a bulged disk?  I've had it for about 4 months and it is getting better very slowly."

Yes, BFST and ColdCure can help with a bulged disk.

The most important thing to do with a bulged disk is to do the exercises the PT taught you.  Yes, it's a hassle but doing them every day will speed your recovery.  It is common for a bulge disk to persist for 6 months to 2 years.  Doing the exercises diligently will help speed the process but it still won't be a matter of a few days or weeks.

Doing BFST before the exercises will help with the results.  It will also reduce the amount of pain you feel over time.  You can use the BFST at anytime as many people feel it is soothing.

ColdCure can help if it's really hurting in the moment.  That bad pain is usually because the muscles and tissue around the disk have been aggravated more than usual.  Using ColdCure can reduce some swelling and give immediate pain relief.  It shouldn't be used before exercises or heavy activity though because it can cause the muscles to be a little too tight going into the exercise.  After exercise or heavy activity ColdCure can be used if you're looking for more pain relief.
