Recommended guidelines

Thank you for your support service for the product. I read the product instructions enclosed in with the products. Are there other recommendations for use in managing gluteal and lower back pains from Piriformis Syndrome (PS)?

Thank you.
Stella

Hi Stella,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to go through a good routine with you over email.

When using the BFST, you really only want to be using it about 3-4 times a day, and the best time would be during or after resting periods. Right after you wake up, when you have a break in the middle of the day, and before you go to bed at night. You can also use it as a warm up before any physical activity, then use your ColdCure after the activity to keep down any potential swelling and inflammation.

The ColdCure you can use as needed, if you are having a day that your injury is more irritated than usual, you might want to just stick with the ColdCure for the day. The ColdCure is best used after activity, and when there is pain, inflammation, and/or swelling.

With the leveling system we have for the BFST, you would want to start on level 1 first, then move on to level 2 only when you no longer feel warmth on level 1. Keep in mind, you do not want to rush the leveling process, and if you move up too fast, the healing from the BFST will not be as effective as it normally would.

This is the general advice we give out to customers, so I would just find a good routine that you would be able to follow daily :)

Please let me know if you have any other questions, and have a great day!

Take care,

Sarina
