Hi guys..was diagnosed with a 12 mm tear on medial side..  My knee kind of gets stiff and need to stretch it out to get a silent pop which will restore better range. Iv injured it in May of 2015.. and been kind of waiting for it to heal..  but iv been walking and limping on it.. i also used KT tape on the medial side VMO. I noticed that my other knee also began to have some slight pain because of all the limping iv been doing. I can feel this stinging pain on medial side when i bend down to pick something up. I have this wobbly feeling..and some clicking.. Was on MRI. Help me if you can please.
