Treatment Questions / Knee Replacement Surgery

I am having total knee replacement surgery in a week and I am wondering if there is anu guidance that can be provided on post-op usage of BFST. Is there a period of time I should wait to use the treatment or will it benefit me to immediately use BFST treatment protocol?

I have been doing it the past few days, it seems to get good coverage on the knee is there any reason why I would not be able to continue in this manner?

Treatment Questions / Bicep Tendonitis

How can I tell if my bicep tendons are inflamed and require icing? Both my shoulders hurt, pretty bad, and I am not sure if I need to just ice them for a few days or jump right into combination therapy.
