Hello.. today has been my second week on the new BFST.. im not sure i can see a difference.. I dont mind healing slowly but i do want to heal. Does this wrap also heal the patella ? My knee cap is maltracking.. haaaa im all messed up.

Hi guys can i just use ice for the cold cure.. my knee is not inflamed at all.. i measure it everyday and compare it with the left one. Im just trying to cut down on some expense if i do order it soon.

General Discussion / 12 mm tear medial side

Hi guys..was diagnosed with a 12 mm tear on medial side.. My knee kind of gets stiff and need to stretch it out to get a silent pop which will restore better range. Iv injured it in May of 2015.. and been kind of waiting for it to heal.. but iv been walking and limping on it.. i also used KT tape on the medial side VMO. I noticed that my other knee also began to have some slight pain because of all the limping iv been doing. I can feel this stinging pain on medial side when i bend down to pick something up. I have this wobbly feeling..and some clicking.. Was on MRI. Help me if you can please.
