Customer Feedback / Totally satisfied with products and CS
« on: December 18, 2021, 09:33:49 AM »
I appreciate that CS isn't trying to sell us more units when we call in. I began with BFST and Coolwrap back and then received the BFST foot more recently. Now the BFST and Coolwrap leg units are enroute to me. CS also advises that the leg unit is very versatile and can be used on other body parts. Earlier they had suggested I could use the backwrap for my plantar by placing wrap on floor, which I did, and then I ordered the plantar boot BFST.

Customer Feedback / Re: quad muscles pain

Thank you, Dillon. I followed your advice, cancelled the therapy session last week and yesterday (still feeling pain) I cancelled next week's therapy. Update on my Kingbrand use for this: I switched yesterday to applying heat using my back wrap on my thighs and today the pain is minimal. Following the advice of CS, I plan to continue treating the quads.

Customer Feedback / quad muscles pain
« on: December 16, 2021, 10:40:44 AM »

I strained my right and left quads two days ago in, of all places, physical therapy, caused by lifting a 10 lb kettle weight while doing 3 reps of 10 squats,  and had to cancel my therapy appt. for today. I started third day of the cold cure wraps and some BFST yesterday. The legs still hurt as I sit down and more when I have to rise. Although I no problem with squats doing chair yoga, I never used weights. I'm 83 and my legs were not in condition for that much workout.

Questions & Answers About Our Products / Cold wrap and CBD salve issue

I massage in a CBD salve on my wife's back to ease her pain. Do I need to wash it off before using our BFST back wrap?  Also, same question re using our Cool Wrap.

Questions & Answers About Our Products / BFST use and heating pad use

My wife regularly uses a heating pad for her back pain. Should we not use BFST wrap while her skin is still hot?

Customer Feedback / BFST for sore rib muscles
« on: September 24, 2021, 06:30:05 AM »
After seeing an urgent care doctor for pain in the muscles over my ribs due to a fall on a sidewalk obstruction, I used the BFST back wrap. Three to six weeks usual healing time, the doc said. No treatment advised. I had experienced this condition years ago when I banged my ribs on re-entering a kayak after a spill and it was weeks of discomfort before it healed. Already having a BFST hip and back wrap, I began treating the sore area three times a day. By the fourth day, the soreness had disappeared. Four days with BFST versus four weeks of no treatment. If I needed proof of what BFST can achieve, I found it.

General Discussion / tightness in feet after night's sleep
« on: August 11, 2021, 11:10:01 PM »
When I awake in the a.m the bottom of my feet feel very tight. It's not painful, but uncomfortable. I don't notice this feeling during the day.I'm 82 and for the past few years have not done exercise walking due to sciatic pain (I am one week into the back and hip cold wrap and a few days on the BFST back and hip. Both wraps have reduced the sciatic pain significantly.) Also, I suffered from painful plantar fasciitis which began five or six years ago which impaired my walking. The use of orthotics relieved the pain, and now I'm wondering if this tightness is related to the plantar fasciitis.

Treatment Questions / Wait time between cold and BFST?
« on: August 08, 2021, 06:20:23 AM »
Although the instructions indicate the user should wait 1 hour after a cold application before using BFST, the cold treatment area still feels somewhat cold after an hour?  (My cold gel packs are from the refrigerator temperature of 40 F degrees).  Will the BFST be effective after the 1 hr. wait time?

I'm replying to my previous post; don't know if that's the way to do it. Although the sciatic pain while walking or standing hasn't completely disappeared since I began my treatment five days ago, it has significantly diminished. My back and hip BFST arrived two days ago and I began using it along with the cool wrap.  The BFST heat is mild unlike a heating pad. Very comfortable and the twenty minute treatment time passes isn't time consuming. My girlfriend has multiple pain issues: from shoulders down to lower back and hip (hip surgery). Daily I rub on CBD salve or another product to help relieve her pain, but it's temporary and expensive. Hoping that she will get relief with the cool wrap and want to do it regularly.

I began my 1st back and hip Coolwrap treatment five days ago and was amazed that my sciatic pain disappeared after one hour. Nothing traveling down my leg and that lasted until the evening. I'm cooling the pads in the refrigerator and I'm able to switch them without needing to wait 20 minutes as I would if the pads were in the freezer. My sciatic pain began five years ago. Initially, it only bothered me while walking. Eventually it progressed to pain when I rolled over in bed and even while standing. Only sitting relieved it. This morning I will pick up my BFST back and hip wrap to begin my heat therapy. I can't overstate how big a deal this is.for me.
