How many times a day can I use Cold Cure wrap? I will be putting them in the fridge.

If you are using the ColdCure from the refrigerator, it is safe to treat as many times as you want throughout the day to get and keep inflammation down.
Please keep in mind that cold therapy does slow down the blood flow, so you want to ensure you are taking breaks in between to and not doing cold treatments non stop. By keeping the inflammation down that enables your blood to flow through more freely, helping to heal and repair the soft tissues.
