One main difference is that the ColdCure is a FDA-approved, Class 1 registered medical device. It is designed using hypoallergenic, quality, hospital grade materials.

The ColdCure is made using a specific, proprietary type of gel called Rigigel. Rigigel is designed to hold 3x as much cold as pharmacy gel packs, and it has the ability to pull the cold from all parts of the pack, which lessens any "hot spots" on the gel pack that may form, and makes it stay colder for longer than other gel packs.

Rigigel also holds its form and does not move around inside of the pack. It has been compared to ice made of rubber, and conforms to the area that you treat. It is designed to be the best cold treatment available!
