Your BFST insertion instructions discuss a part of your BFST called the "Energy Web" and how to insert it into your wrap.

Your BFST should come with the Energy Web fully inserted into the black neoprene wrap. If you can observe a black cord coming out of the wrap itself, that means that the energy web has already been inserted, and all you have to do to use your BFST is plug it in and turn it on.

The insertion instructions for the Energy Web that came with your device may be used to remove and re-insert the Energy Web if you ever would like to wash the neoprene wrap in the future.
