After your surgery, you should use the ColdCure for 20 minutes on, and 20 minutes off, as much as you are comfortable with. The cold will reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain in general, which is very important after having any sort of surgery.

Once you see a definite decrease in pain and swelling, and once any incisions have had a chance to heal, you can start using the BFST. It's best to  begin your treatment with 20 minutes of using the ColdCure to reduce your inflammation. Then, allow your skin to come back to body temperature, and apply the BFST. You can repeat this process every four hours, until you've done 3-4 treatments per day.

The BFST and the ColdCure can be used to speed up your recovery time after surgery, and to strengthen the soft tissue in the whole area you treat.
