I purchased the Ankle BFST Wrap in October of 2013 after just over a year of trying numerous methods recommended by my doctors to heal my Peroneal Tendinitis. None of these methods helped relieve the pain and some even made the condition much worse. This Ankle BFST Wrap has given me relief from the pain and the ColdCure Wrap stopped the repeated swelling. I have the tendinitis in both feet, so I use the BFST Wrap 3 times a day for 20 minutes on each ankle. I am just now having days of NO pain. I love this device!!! Hi there - My name is Lizzie Bennett. I'm an advanced practice RN near Seattle, certified in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) and I have my master of nursing in Integrative Health. When I stumbled upon the fabulous King Brand BFST and Cold Cure products for knees, I was flabbergasted that these FDA approved devices were FDA approved and absolutely designed to CURE a torn meniscus, which was causing me a great deal of pain at the time. I ordered them without hesitation! Now, this is important to me, because as an RN, I am very familiar with the NSAIDS-PT-Surgery route that is most often recommended. Even though a knee arthroscopy is "minor surgery," I still didn't want my knee surgerized. "I love it!" I was diagnosed with a ruptured Baker's Cyst (which has since healed and returned). I needed a product that would deliver results. After researching many sites and products, I selected King Brand ColdCure Wraps. I have not been disappointed! The occasional flare-ups and swelling are controlled with the ColdCure knee wrap. I prefer to keep the cold packs in the refrigerator which makes them easier to insert. In addition, I even place one UNDER the knee (with a linen dish towel between the cold pack and contact skin), then secure the wrap tightly. The relief is amazing. I was having some tendon issues in my knee while training for a marathon. It was very painful to run. After using the Knee products, 3 times per day, for the past few days, I have already noticed dramatic improvement!! I was also experiencing some tendon issues in my elbow as well, and have noticed an improvement with the use of the Elbow products. I plan on using both the cold wraps and BFST's for my knees next marathon training season! I believe the BFST before, and the cold wraps after a long run will likely reduce or eliminate injury.

I have plantar fachitis under the balls of my feet which is very painful. The cold cure wraps (I purchased two) are easy to use. Most remedies for this problem are for the heel area. These wraps extend for the length of the foot, which is perfect for me. I am so glad that each wrap includes 3 gel strips which allows you to change often. I use the wraps at least twice a day changing the gel strips at least once. It has relieved the pain for me. I am so happy to finally find some thing that works and is so easy to use. Thank you.

The BFST Wrap ( knee) is the single most effective treatment for my injury that I have tried. I strained my Medial Collateral Ligament, and did not need surgery. My doctor said it would heal in 5 to 6 weeks without surgery because of my age (62), but the pain was there. I do not like to take blood thinners like the leading pain killers are. All they do is fool the brain into thinking that there is no pain. The BFST wrap increased the blood flow to the area and it feels 100% better. Also after one week of treatments and 3 weeks after the injury it is healing faster than expected. I give the BFST Wrap the highest recommendation possible 5 Stars, no make that 10 stars, its the best.
